Week 6 Power Rankings:

These are the Week 6 Power Rankings. These, of course, are just my opinion.

1. Jacksonville Jaguars (6-0, 730 Points) [--]
The Jaguars continue to be undefeated after an impressive Week 6 victory over the Bills. The Jags, who have yet to score less than 108 points, continue to be the most consistent team in the league. The Jaguars have a 2 game lead on 1st place heading into Week 7.

2. Arizona Cardinals (4-2, 779 Points) [--]
The Cards actually have the most points in the league, but have lost a couple of games due to some major consistency issues. Looking towards the playoffs, it could be this inconsistency that plagues them with only 6 Weeks remaining until the 1st round. The Cards continue to get ridiculous production out of Drew Brees and Reggie Bush.

3. Seattle Seahawks (4-2, 692 Points) [--]
The top 3 remains unchanged from Week 5, with the Seahawks holding onto the 3rd place for the 6th straight week. The Hawks, who only dropped a meek 76 points in Week 5, scored 140 points in an impressive victory over the Lions.

4. Detroit Lions (3-3, 621 Points) [--]
The Lions scored a solid 104 points in Week 6, leading to another week at #4 on the Power Rankings. Detroit has been rolling since the Steve Smith trade, averaging 112 PPG over that span of time. Detroit could definitely be a wild horse in this years playoffs.

5. Miami Dolphins (2-4, 658 Points) [+1]
What a weird season this has been for Miami. After losing three consecutive games while scoring 100+ ppg, the Dolphins finally won a game… with 87 points. Still, this is a team that is built to win now, and if the Dolphins somehow don’t make the playoffs this year, they will be in a horrible situation for next year.

6. New York Giants (2-4, 621 Points) [-1]
The Giants lost a hearbreaker to the Texans last week, and now hold the #6 spot in the rankings simply because of how many points they have. The Giants hold the #8 spot in the league right now, but that could increase with a couple of wins.

7. Buffalo Bills (3-3, 579 Points)
The Bills are in 5th place in the standings despite being being only one of three teams with less than 600 points. The Bills would love to get a win over Detroit to get them a 4-3 record this weekend.

8. Houston Texans (3-3, 577 Points)
The Texans only have two points less than the Bills, and both would make the playoffs if it started tomorrow. Still, they have both gotten lucky with their wins, which begs the question, are the Texans truly contenders?

9. Washington Redskins (2-4, 609 Points)
The Skins scored a decent 105 points in a loss to the Cards this week, bringing their record to 2-4. The Skins are definitely on the outside looking in as far as the playoffs are concerned… Is it time for them to tank the season and try and pick up a high pick?

10. Cleveland Browns (1-5, 494 Points) [--]
The Browns reverted back to their losing ways this Week, dropping an anemic 68 points to the Miami Dolphins. The Browns are on the fast track to earning the 1st overall selection in the upcoming draft.
